Beveridge Personal Integrations
Privacy policy
Effective August 22, 2026
Scope
This policy covers private integrations operated by David Beveridge for personal and household use. They are not a public software service.
Data accessed
An integration may access account information and content from services that an authorized user connects, including email, calendars, contacts, tasks, documents, files, and related metadata. The exact access is limited by the permissions displayed during authorization.
How data is used
Data is used only to perform workflows requested or configured by the authorized user, such as organizing information, preparing summaries, retrieving records, or carrying out approved actions. Google user data is used in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials and tokens are kept in private credential storage and are not embedded in this website. Integration data may be retained only as needed for the requested workflow, continuity, backup, or legal and security obligations. Reasonable access controls are used to protect retained data.
Sharing and sale
Personal data is not sold, rented, or used for advertising. It is not shared except with service providers needed to run an authorized workflow, when directed by the authorized user, or when required by law.
Control and deletion
An authorized user can revoke an integration through the connected service's account-security settings. Requests concerning retained integration data can be sent using the support contact displayed on the relevant OAuth consent screen.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when integrations or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
